RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING’S OFF?
Let us know within 14 days, we’ll fix it fast, with a full refund or replacement.
We want you to love your INFINITY jacket, but if it’s not quite right, we’ve got your back with an easy, transparent return process.
RETURN GUIDELINES
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for the Return Shipping cost.
- Return Payment process after receiving the product safely in its original condition (without damage).
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and include all tags and packaging.
- Custom jackets are non-returnable unless defective.
- Returns are only applicable if there is some fault in the product on our side.
HOW TO RETURN
- Email care@infinityjackets.com to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC).
- Repackage your item securely, include your RAC, and send it to: INFINITY JACKETS Returns.
REFUNDS
- Processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
